This has been the best equipment rental experience that we have ever had! (We host plenty of events). We rented their speaker and was blown away by the quality, and also how FLEXIBLE Jake was to get us the equipment. I changed the time of pick up for the speaker about 4 times and he was still so GENEROUS and gave amazing customer service. We brought our own mic and realized it didn’t work with the speaker and he threw one in for free. It’s hard to get great service, communication, and products all in one. Definitely will be booking with them for future events.

We were very happy with our experience working with Paradise Event Rentals. They were very communicative and professional. Luckily, they had worked with my venue before so they knew all the intricacies that came with my venue and I didn't have to worry about anything logistical. From them, we rented a marquee tent (and it's requirements), market lights, leg curtains (VERY important if you don't want the silver tent poles showing; it creates pretty drapery instead), and the black and white checkered dance floor. At the time of my inquiry, they only have a brown oak dance floor. Jake, the owner, was so kind and sourced a black and white dance floor just for us. It was exactly as we hoped! Thank you, Jake and team, for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us.

Jake and his team were incredible from start to finish. Having done events large and small for 20+ years, Paradise is easily one of the top companies I've ever worked it. It wasn't that large of an order (handful of tables and chairs and some pipe and drape), it was last minute and required Sunday delivery, setup, strike, and pickup. The level of customer service, flexibility for add-ons, and communication were top notch. Extremely friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Can't recommend them enough!

Paradise Event Rentals was absolutely amazing for our wedding! We rented a 20x50 clear top tent with market lighting along with a 15x15 dance floor, and everything turned out absolutely gorgeous. The clear tent created such a beautiful atmosphere, especially with the lighting as the evening went on.
Their team was so pleasant and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Everything was already fully set up before we arrived at the venue, which made the day so much less stressful, and they handled pickup after we left so seamlessly.
Honestly, thank goodness we had the tent because it ended up raining during our wedding day. Even with the wind from the storm, the tent stayed completely secure and sturdy, which gave us so much peace of mind. We were incredibly impressed with both the quality of the rentals and the professionalism of the team. Highly recommend Paradise Event Rentals for any event!
