Tent size is determined by:

• Physical space available to setup tent
• Total number of people under tent
• Layout of tent contents (tables/chairs/dance floor/ stage etc)

Our dance floors can be setup in square or rectangular shape.

Typical size/requirements:

• 40-80 Guests: 12′ x 12′ Dance Floor (144 sq ft)
• 80-120 Guests: 15′ x 15′ Dance Floor (225 sq ft)
• 120-200 Guests: 21′ x 21′ Dance Floor (441 sq ft)
• 200+ Guests: 24′ x 24′ Dance Floor (576 sq ft)

We will deliver to all Volusia, Flagler and Brevard Counties as well as Seminole and Orange counties. Others by special request.

We take all major credit cards plus business checks (must clear first) cash and money orders.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure an order in our system. Final payment is due 7 days prior to delivery or client pickup.

Typically it is 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. There are times that we are all out on deliveries & pickups so appointments are encouraged. Weekends by appointment.

We would like as much time as possible to plan for your tent. A couple of months is great. We may accommodate you in two weeks or less depending on the job, our inventory and labor availability.

Reasons we need time:

• We may need to visit your site and measure
• We may need to file for a tent permit and inspection in your city
• We may need a site survey for underground utilities (if we use stakes to secure)
• We be sold out on a certain tent size
• We may be totally booked for labor & jobs

Yes, we deliver on weekends but a weekend delivery/pickup charge is added. Call for information and pricing 386-888-1271.

This is determined by the city/municipality where the tent is being setup. We can assist with this.

Yes you can pickup/dropoff M-F from 9:00am -5:00pm. Appointments are required.

Some items must be delivered by us only. These are noted on each product page.
